Wierd Thought

Does anyone else think that dirty dancing was the equivalent of todays Britney Spears??It must have provoked some kind of reaction really at the start, and whereas we dont really pay attention to her now, Britney Spears started a whole new era of musicians without any clothes on didn't she?or maybe that was Madonna and britney Spears just copied her...hmmmm.

Im officially 18!!!!

I'm 18!!!!Someone is legally going to call me an adult!!!Fair enough there is probably a lot wrong with that but it's all good!!!

y party was well cool, especially when they somehow managed to make posters of me when i was very young which were edible. But the highlight of the night has to be Ronan trying to belly flop on the trampolina and springing back up only to fall off it. Twas funny.

Btw for anyone who has not tried Goldslanger, it burns the feckin throat off you.

The end.

Birmingham!!!!!

SOooooo after my lazy streak i do have to entertain u with stories of birmingham.

first of all our hotel was atually beside PRIMARK!!!and it was massive. For all the women this will be completely understood!

because of my uncanny ability to gain weight when i want to lose it and lose weight when i want to gain it,i spent most of the first day of the trip travelling and eating chocolate.SOOOooooo much fun u would think but nooooo.

Then we spent that night (well i spent that night neway)getting extremely hyper on coke in pizza hut whilst waiting for a pizza(amazingly enough)for 2 hours and threatening to straighten the curly afro that is connors hair.twas fun

Now to the terrifying part. All those children who can remember the good old days of gladiators will understand my complete terror to walk into a hall with 10 mat areas. In understandable terms for those who dont do judo it was FUCKING HUGE!!!

firt match i got my head kicked in surprisingly enough considering the standard of their players and the fact that i have been fighting a year, they have been fighting for 20 literally and,oh i forgot,i suck. The other fights i put up exactly that-a fight but i had no intention of winning and didnt-therefore can bask in the glory of my failure when there surprisingly is some glory in it.

Then we all came home (after buying some judo merchandise of course)and set to bed for lovely work experience the next morning,

and best of all,

NO BRUISES!!!

I do rock.

Sorry

Sorry.

I got lazy.

And busy.

All at once.

But I am back and intend to stay here for another weeeee tiny while.

Sooooo I'll think I'll add another few posts about happy or sad or...er...generally disturbin times in my life since my last blog.

I PASSED!!!!

I passed my theory test!!!

How sweet is this!!I sooo cant wait until I can actually drive.Well..i can drive now just not legally without someone aged 21 or over with 3years experience that is actually willing to sit in a car with me driving.

Thats completely understandable.

i want to drive my car so badly!!

Allah???

Does anyone want to tell me what the fuck allah is??Is it just one of these new celebrity religions that seem to come from nowhere or is it actually a genuine religion?

Its getting really hard to decide whether a religion is actually a religion because they all seem to be surfacing now when really its just a celebrity making up one of their own so they can seem religious and still do whatever they want whenever they want.

Is it just me that sees this phenomenon arising and just generally is being paranoid or do others join me in witnessing this terror?

Sarah i salute you!!

I have to salute you sarah (aka bailey)on your finding of probably the best rock in donegal for climbing.I can understand why you are so proud over this and I have to ask that you remember where it was for the purposes of future climbing....ahem...preferably when im with you.

I am hoping that with you and gerards rocks-worth-climbing-finding abilities we will be able to find rocks that are worth climbing somewhere a bit closer to home!!

I look forward to being able to climb outside once again considering my patch of indoorsyness at the minute :-(.

Sarah help me!!!!

Stupid Sectarian Bastards!!!

You would think that by now Derry people would realise that marches really do not change anything!!The number of times that i have had to cancel plans to go out on a Friday and saturday night because of marching is unbelievable because everyone knows that the stupid louts can't go to a march quite sober and then go straight home afterwards.Noooooo a few cars, buses and pubs also have to be burnt out in order for it to be a real night out.

And what i've realised is that it doesn't matter which religion you are, because both catholics and protestants decide why not have a good time by seeing which religion ends up with the most casualties, no matter which march it is.What they do not seem to realise is that the one thing that they are fighting because of is the thing that tells them that what they are doing is VERY VERY WRONG!!!

stop ruining our nights out for your petty squabbling and "beliefs" please!!

why,why,why?

Why is it that no matter how lucky you seem to be getting something that you've wanted for a long time, there is always a drawback??

i have always wanted to fight for northern ireland in some country other than northern ireland.Unfortunately i found that this can cause alot of pain from gym sessions. And dont you just love the completely naturally fit and athletic trainer who stands doing sweet FA smiling at you and saying "you can do better than that"? (please note the sarcasm in this line).Especially when you've just managed to find pains in muscles you didn't even know you had.

For those who know me well they will know that this type of complaining is not normal for me.I'm used to pain.I do judo for God's sake!!So this rant may give you an idea of how much the pain and the smiling assistants annoy me after a 2 hour session at the gym.

Thank God i had some fitness to begin with.

attempt at blog

beware all of you who decide to read this blog.It is destined to be based around judo and the normality challenging life of me

the strangest thing of all is exam results.exams are strange but exam results are stranger.they are put there to strike terror into the hearts of the little innocent children (like me :-)who decided to brave the world of A levels to reach the hope of freedom known as university away from family and siblings.

So are there any uni students who can clear our vulnerable little minds and tell us is it worth the terror?(this may be pointless because we have obviously figured it is and have gone through As levels to figure that out)

anyway first blog. i am very proud :-).
